If you do not want to use a microwave, just bring water to a simmer.
Place the heatproof bowl over the pot with hot water; make sure the water doesn’t touch the bowl. Place the chocolate in the bowl and stir periodically until it is melted.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons almond flour
3 tablespoons coconut flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder, unsweetened
4 eggs
1/2 cup Swerve
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 vanilla extract
1/2 cup coconut oil
3 ounces baking chocolate, unsweetened
Directions
Thoroughly combine the almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder.
Mix in the eggs, Swerve, almond and vanilla extract; beat with an electric mixer on high until everything is well combined.
In a separate bowl, melt the coconut oil and chocolate in your microwave. Now, add the egg mixture and mix again.
Gradually add the dry ingredients and whisk
until everything is well incorporated. Pour the batter into a lightly greased
baking pan.
Bake in the preheated oven
at 320 degrees F approximately 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into
the middle of your brownie comes out clean and dry. Bon appétit!
