Here are the ingredients and method of preparing delicious tomato soup

Ingredients

5 peeled tomatoes, onion, garlic clove, red pepper.
3 tablespoons vegetable oil, 4 tablespoons tomato paste, 1 cup vermicelli, pinch of salt, black pepper and sugar, chicken broth or cube stock, 5 cups of water.

How to prepare

Cut the ingredients into small pieces, heat the oil in a saucepan, then add onions, garlic and capsicum, then put the tomatoes and simmer for 15 minutes.

Place the lukewarm soup in the blender.

After grinding, add water, bring to boil, add remaining ingredients, and simmer for 20 minutes.

You can prepare them in different ways and add your favorite ingredients like carrots or peas.



Taste and add more salt if needed.Serve!
