Turkey Salad

It takes 35 minutes only (5 minutes prep time, 30 minutes chill time)

Another great use for leftover turkey is to make this creamy and tasty turkey salad. You reduce the fat significantly by only using a mixture of Greek yogurt, nonfat sour cream, and low-fat mayonnaise. Mix in dill pickle relish for some zing, and garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt. To let the flavors blend, chill in the fridge for at least a half hour.

Ingredients:

2 cups shredded and cooked turkey breast meat

½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

¼ cup nonfat sour cream

1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise

3 chopped celery stalks

1 tablespoon dill pickle relish

1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Chill in the fridge for a half hour for best results.
  3. Serve!
